Actually, maybe there won't be a leak, and the result will be a surprise. In the Nortel patent auction in Summer 2011, the stock popped from 4 cents on 6/30 to 19 cents on 7/1, when the winning bid was announced. I'm unsure when that auction finished, but I believe that it commenced on 6/27.
