Oryx, why do you think he paid more for his shares by buying on the open market, when the company is offering floorless discounted shares?... He has been around for 5 years (behind the scenes) and has been involved in direct stock purchases from the company before. Why would he want to pay MORE when they need so much cash? Doesn't seem very savvy... Could he be trying to influence sentiment with these purchases?!
BTW, we dont know if he bought most of his shares on the open market. He could have bought and liquidated several times this amount since the company started, before becoming a board member. Heck, he could have also been a recipient of shares as a consultant. SFMI has given away millions of dollars in shares to consultants for "debt advice" and we STILL dont even know who they are or what they do. Other mining companies dont have this massive expense. In fact, half the money they have spent since inception has gone to consultants, not mining... Also, how much stock do you think he will be getting paid for being a board member now? This board is getting quite expensive for not having any mining experience.
Me thinks theres more to the story, like there usually always is with SFMI...
PS: Its possible that PP has been involved with several of PQs failed penny stocks, behind the scenes... I bet they have known each other for a long time.
