Not sure Rudolfo, just one of the points the industry is complaining about is the cost which I believe DLA has already said they are willing to absorb in the contracts. To me the issue boils down to "change", people and companies don't usually like change. The ones who do make the change will reap the benefits and those who don't will loose out on the opprotunities.
