That will be tough for longs who hold through the RS. Most are sitting on losses. Say you have 80 mil at a .00035 average($28,000). Currently, your shares are only worth $8K, and have lost $20K. Then the RS happens, you're left with 160K shares. IMDS hits .01 pretty quick and your shares are worth $1600.00.

But what if the person has 100M shares?

Either way, it would be a near total loss
