The dilution is done with

Now that's funny right there. All those buys, still at no bid, with the same 3 MMs selling .0001s on the ask, lmao. The dilution isn't done, and it will never be done. It may delay once they peg the AS of 10 billion, but that's only temporary, and it's the main reason for the RS. So they can start all over again. They still have convertible debt, which will continue to convert post RS and be dumped.

See, the thing is, many of the convertibles convert based on a percentage of bid price. So, post RS, when we are looking at a bid ask like .02/.05, they'll be converting at .01, and the dump will continue. It will probably go under .01 pretty quick.

That will be tough for longs who hold through the RS. Most are sitting on losses. Say you have 80 mil at a .00035 average($28,000). Currently, your shares are only worth $8K, and have lost $20K. Then the RS happens, you're left with 160K shares. IMDS hits .01 pretty quick and your shares are worth $1600.00.
