I don't know why you keep asking a stranger. However, if you can't afford to lose it, then what's the question? You like the idea of being greedy, but not the idea it may not work?
I've bought private placement stock and it was a bit of a hassle, but I made good money on it (mostly by luck).
Since Vince has apparently not left here, why don't you ask him the questions publicly? Maybe he'll answer you and we all can learn something.
