sorry, can't address that I am going to call Vincent later and will ask about that. However would you go for it if the turned to common stock in a year? wouldn't they inherit the PPS of MDBX in one year after the vesting period? need some help here. i see the opportunity of a lifetime, but im not a baller and cant afford to loose 30k...
what do ya'll think?
