Certainly we would all prefer there to be no increase in o/s at all. What I am saying is that almost all of us were made aware of the increase, and understood the increase was necessary to fund operations (as with almost all pennies). My point was that the increase was not as large as some thought (or hoped if short). GLTY ECDC
