You've asked that same question repeatedly. If HRCT is like many pennies the controlling shareholder(s) is a offshore nominee corp in a place like Panama with some 21 year old secretary listed as president. She takes orders from the board of directors far away.

I remember in the 90s a firm called Mandarin Overseas Investment Company played a big role in HRCT.

Does that help you? Perhaps you could send a letter to their PO Box in the Cayman Islands, Panama or the like.

For example:
The new business license to reflect the ownership change of Beijing Yanyuan has now been issued by the Industry and Commerce Bureau of Beijing Municipality
You must contact the I&C Bureau to find out if this deal was/is real.
Same thing with China Arts.
I reached somebody from C&A several month ago. He said that there was tried to make a deal between AI-Asia and C&A. The name "Hartcourt" was unknown to this person. It seems....that this deal never happened. Somebody is lying.
You should try to reach official authorities.
