Arguments against ECDC are getting weaker IMO. The 10Q is not nearly as bad as thought.

73,510,000 share increase is helping to build ECDC as evidenced by Kay's recent SEC Filing

It Kay keeps delivering the goods, life might be more difficult for investors shorting ECDC stock.
