Helmut may have lacked FINRA registration, but I'm confident Bleckman had it. So it's likely that during the time they were both involved in the fundraising, it wasn't required for everyone to be registered. Karen, who handled my documentation, didn't have it. Pretty sure of that, and she did answer a number of questions for me.
And I'm pretty confident Estrella is registered with FINRA due to his previous positions, and he reviewed and signed all of the documents for my funding. So I don't think it was an issue of FINRA registration in any of the fundings.
