You must have missed the whole iContact / Spamhaus / Awesomepennystocks brouhaha over the summer. iContact ended up dropping all APS-affiliated websites following that. The iContact chief spam officer (or whatever his official title is) was very responsive in that instance and you can see his comments on the following blog post:

Although I doubt he would be willing to drop a client just for being a stock promoter.
