Wal-Mart (WMT) files a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board seeking to prevent an organized protest planned for hundreds of stores on Black Friday. Though the company hears complaints on worker conditions quite frequently from union-financed groups, this is the first time in a decade it has stepped up to file a NLRB complaint.
