Rbb, you missed the merger ? Galtech is made up of Ants Texas, owned by Dr. K. He is now 52% owner of Galtech which was a shell for his products. ACSI and RDI. Those two companies now Galtech will be doing business with ANts software. I also believe Dr. K is a brilliant mind in programming. And he would not own and run 2 compaines that are worthless. It seems the guys at that level just dont bother with generic websites for the commoner to see. But when public, you have too.
I truely believe that Frank stepped away because it all got to be way too much work. Plus, a little mistake was putting out there is Phone number, for a while it was a good idea to boost startup. But once the company moved forward. it was overwhelming... IMO....
One problem is trying to find those companies of Franks. The only way to confirm is to go to Dr. K on a search, then you will get linkedin. The problem with linkedin is on Dr. Ks page, he lists this entities. But they show as links, when you link to them it takes you to people that have or had worked for RDI and ASCI... ALl of them in every country. Its a mess and hard to tell apart.Plus it shows people linked like Joe Kozak and mike song. Who both are listed as present ants employees. Linkedin should be sued for allowing that kind of stuff to stay up.

Ants Software a Delaware Corp. Headquartered in Georgia is proud to announce again the contract received in September for 7M dollars with a great company that works with many of the Fortune 500 companies. With this news we would like to inform you of the latest developments winthin the company and the exciting future we are all excited about. Dr. Frank Kautzmann III has stepped down as CEO/Chairman to concentrate of the business side of Ants and his other entities. It was Dr. K who work through the programming problems Ants had in the past. He was able to find the solutions and the true valuve in the software. He then work dilligently to help Ants avoid a possible bankruptcy using his own time and skills. We all owe him a great deal of appriciation and this truly could not have happened with his tremendous forsight. He has also brought us into contact with several new and potentially great customers and partners. We are happy knowing that Dr. K will remain on at Ants as a Board Member, advisor, and a team member for as long as we are lucky to have him.
More exciting news is that we have decided to go with a different website and host for the site. One that will be more dynamic and can be handle from within the company. The products we offer are truly some of the best in the world. Thus we are assembling the best professionals the company can employee. Some more great news announced last week is the appointment of Rik Sanchez to CEO. This makes the transition back into the market a simple and easy one considering Rik's connections within the computer buisness world and experience with all of Ants products as past VP of sales. We hope to announce more exciting news, contracts, past filings, board memeber and other appointments within the next few months. We are certain that we will complete the past filings be the deadline. All paperwork is in hand and just needs to be completed by out Accounts and reveiwed by our attorneys. We truly believe it is just a matter of time before Ants applies for and receives an uplisting.
As with any startup or reorganization there are always a few hiccups. Things don't always work out in the time frame you can expect. But we assure, we have the proper people in place, and funding to move forward. Plus the backing of our major share holders. This is an exciting time for Ants and the future looks bright.
