When the galtech/ants Texas merger was first announced, I found a listing with Texas Sec of State. Of course, I can't find anything now. You also can't find a thread of anything on what Ants Texas was, did or that it even existed. The most you can find is a name, Thomas Graves. Graves is a lawyer who specializes in Business organization, Corporate law and bankruptcy. Possible he was Ants TE lawyer, or just holding the shell of whatever Ants was.

In any event, I don't see any real tangibles of Galtech/Ants TE for our ANTs. Maybe Frank didn't want Ants Texas name floating out there for any confusion or competing purposes. The reverse merger acquisition of two flightless companies is probably just a big paper transaction. Just my thoughts, but I challenge anyone to come up with concrete evidence that either company has any current process or value beyond stagnant core assets. Ants TE appears to have none, and Galtech maybe some.

As toddprof suggested, probably not worth wasting any more time on any of this.
