PokerVertigo, For some reason, which is way beyond my understanding, the SEC decided not to pursuit anything against Bethke in the form of restitution to my knowledge. All I know is he received suspension from dealing with securities as I recall.... I would have to go back and look to confirm the extent. It all seemed kind of illogical to me...
