Wow I never knew the Nasdaq performed auditing duties.....they're now verifying customers for a listed company?

VLOV - correction .... after executing further in-depth review this weekend, it's not Nasdaq that's actually verifying customers, but the PCAOB is requiring auditors of reversed merged companies to execute the verification.
