That's exactly what they're telling Chinese companies now in order to prevent another meltdown and also to salvage what reputation they have left ....

Well, there are no limits to the level of expertise at Nasdaq!

HEAT was delisted because Nasdaq had determined that it's not a viable company. See... one doesn't need analysts to cover all these stocks.

And they actually made some allegations of fraud against DEER.
Who needs a lawyer or a judge these days when you have Nasdaq taking care of all your problems?
