I wish they had this news before the potential sale of their HEV batterie business to JC. This could help with higher bids in the auction of assets. We need a big buyer to outweigh the secured and unsecured debt. Thank you for helping with news though.

This may send a message loud and clear that GM will be a serious player in the forthcoming auction Dec.6 If they want this bad enough, not even Wax. could seemingly stand in their way. Just how important is this to each of these companies,and what are they ultimately willing to pay?
With GM, the Gov't. could be in their hip pocket to fend off
a takeover by Wax. Then will Siemens simply be a casual observer to all of this? How I wish today was Dec.6!
