Now why would a company do that? First they decrease it to 550 million earlier this year in April http://sunbiz.org/pdf/00086834.pdf

This drew in new investors thinking ARNH was going to actually do something. Instead, look at the chart since then. ARNH Chart

This has been a nice little bump to .001 and yes I'm happy to make another profit. but it's .0009 cents/share for a reason my friend.

Is there a chance ARNH could pull it together? I guess there's always a chance anything could happen but its highly unlikely IMO. If anything it will involve dilution and not benefit the long term stockholders. That's my opinion.
