Benosufan - believe me, I hear what you are saying. I have been one of the most critical on this board - ranging back to when Kathy took over DGIN etc. However, take a look at their web - the buy now does work. You just put in the vin number, the state etc and it gives you a quote to buy. Pretty nice set up. Notice that California is not include as the state does not allow this type of national insurance.

PS Wished I knew what was up - possibly they are going to be underwritten by a national firm -
