that is a very welcome info, thank you. with that i can draw a timeline and be prepared. it makes sense if you look at FCGD wich has the asher notes due in December 2012. FRZT is the ideal case with asher imo. look at their fillings, cant stop smilling when i read it. :-)

It's very plain to see that Asher/Curt Kramer are part of an organized group of people/entities that have perpetuated fraudulent schemes to dump millions of illegally obtained "free trading" shares of numerous public companies on the unsuspecting public that the aforementioned lawsuit so clearly illustrates.
