Frank I respect your posts and your judgement. I hope you are right I noticed a couple of big ifs in your post though and that is exactly my point. After 5 years of waiting I am willing to settle for a little less. Others feel quite the opposite.They want more for having waited. In the final analyses none of us really has a say in the decision and price to be rendered. We all want the best whatever that may be
