Publication is an element needed to prove the defamation. What you said I should highlight next time does not apply to you as your comments meet the element of publication. Your comments were not in a private email to CBIS that someone intercepted (ie. your comments were not intended to be conveyed to 3rd parties); rather, your comments are shouted to many parties on an on-line bulletin board.
