you see high volume on the heels of the PR's. They don't put out PRs without spamming and pumping to tons of people who have never heard of this winner or it's history, at the same time.. that's where the buying comes from while BJW and his "consultants" (the guys who get paid to promote), dump. It isn't that complicated and a tried and proven formula in this highly unregulated market.
