PDP, it was about 25 million of shares issues for payments through projected 12/1/12 (3 payments) on the PIPES as per the 10Q. That should bring issued up to about 217 mill - at current price - market cap obviously about 25 mill. He is the CFO, it is in his financial statements he signed off on, how could he not refer to his own 10Q as to how many shares have been issued on repayment? If you can't tell, I'm not a fan of his.
I was not particularly impressed with the c.c. (has any ONE of them been impressive?) and yes, I was cut off as well yesterday - not even a goodbye - boo hoo hoo. I was looking for answers and they like fluff they are "not allowed" to answer ("Umm, like, is LQMT going to be in an Iphone?"). However, FWIW, I do think we will see liquidmetal no later than iphone 6. I am wondering if the 3 Husky machines were for that "limited production run" 5s that is speculated upon (in various articles void of real due diligence other than hype) as the machines have been analyzed by someone I respect a great deal to be utilized in something that potentially combines plastic and metal. (Would anyone be surprised if VPC locked up iphone production and benefits enormously but LQMT does not?)
I say, FWIW on the iphone, because where will this be by the time there is another iphone with AAPL controlling all CE and VPC controlling all non-CE, while VPC is also manufacturing and selling for other customers of their own. It sounds to me like VPC is able to juggle a few balls while VPC and the PIPES have LQMT by the balls. We'll see. I invested here for profit and it's disappointing that there has not been some increase in market value for an absolutely great product, but I am obviously aware there is a reason why this is a penny stock trading at 12 cents and that 12 could become 6 which could become pfft. All IMO, and as the expression goes, we all have one.
Well, there's always that soup line, lol. I just hope that when it gets to be my turn, there will be some soup left.
P.S. PDP, I think Steipp knows EXACTLY how many molds have been shipped out. When he wants to be upfront, he is very exacting. When he doesn't want to disclose something, he acts as if he doesn't know.
