That brings us back to the Apple connection


The way I understand the agreement with LQMT & Apple is anything either develops they share.

In my understanding of it, if Apple developed a way of waterproofing a CE device with Liquidmetal, then LQMT could sell that to another industry such as medical for those non-CE devices.

Apple would technically "own" the patent, but LQMT could use the technology outside of the CE space.
