Not particularly thrilled with the retort from Mr. Wunderlich.

Further,when Plaintiff's management asked for the results of such clinical trials, Defendant Wunderlich responded with the statement, "We will be happy to give you the results of the clinical trials the day after your options run out."

Simply brilliant. (as I shake my head in disgust) Better to have said nothing at all as in "On the advice of legal I cannot comment on this matter."

Much too confident with that quip of a reply. An in your face when it is not called for. Stupid move.

But that is what this lawsuit will determine! The "facts" will be different depending on the who's perspective you're reading. Who's facts are correct...I'm sure that the court will make a decision based on the facts that can be substaciated (sp)? Or am I missing something? If so, my apology.
