Paulness, When we originally posted the information on PP's lawsuit, we had to type in all the pages ourselves. We must have made some typos along the way. No one caught that one at the time....thanks for pointing it out now. We just checked the original papers and the date was: July 21, 2003.
If you want to reread the lawsuit filing, you can read post numbers 12385, 12409, 12411, 12412. Not sure if there are any other posts. That's as far as we checked now.
Please remember, we were just the messengers and not stating our opinion on them. These are just the facts of the lawsuit. Our lawyer was able to obtain the copy of the lawsuit from the courthouse. It is public info and anyone can ask for it for a fee. The case number is: 2004-60596, filed in Harris County, Texas.
