I just saw that myself. Ok, so the current total as of today is 197 million outstanding shares, and they've issued 62.5 million since Jan 1st. I'm guessing all of that was this quarter, which is where they got the $12 million. If so, then the stock got diluted by 31%. So now we should be around 8 cents. Does that sound right?
