I would think that this is an encouraging development, no? So many here were predicting a massive increase in o/s and it doesn't seem to have occured. Any thoughts? TIA

elleryqueen, the percentage is based on the last reported O/S number which was September 19. That is how every ownership statement is calculated; the 10-Q tomorrow will show an O/S way higher than 1.5 billion.
