Because it's money that would be tied up with no liquidity. That's why nobody is buying now, because there is no liquidity to sell, unless you want to take a huge loss.
The company needs to be fully reporting and proving they are worth more than a 1-2M market cap to get serious $$$ flow in here, otherwise any buying is going to be small pops and right back down.
