Longball: Seems this is a business decision for NOK. If they appeal further, IDCC will continue to accrue interest and maybe attorney's fees.
My money says the stock will move up some considering that the odds of an appellate court reversing the distict court are small and WS will know this. However, I don't expect a major move until the 3g disputes over our IP are resolved so that WS can see the future cash flow as positive.
