LOL, hector, get real. It's established fact that Downs lies in press releases. It's also established that Laura the Live-In is the conduit for the new shares hitting the market.

Why is the TA gagged, hector?

We know what the press release says. We also know that this CEO has a history of lying. So why, Hector, would any one believe anything he says? Especially when he refuses to meet minimal SEC filing requirements, refuses to let the TA reveal the share count and will not provide any audited financials. Obviously, it is better for IDSW to keep shareholders in the dark. Can you give any other plausible reason?
