Dilution is not imminent. Anything can happen at any day. A contract can be announced at any day. That is called "hope". And no matter what anyone tries in this world..."hope" is a needed ingredient. Whether one is starting a business, or getting into an investment. Hope plays a part. Doom and Gloom naysayers may be right, but they also may be wrong. I don't want to live my life thinking the worst. Most still invested realize the reality of the situation...but they also have "hope" that it will change and there is nothing wrong with that way of looking at things.
