Liquidmetal Reverse Split

Investing question about LQMT:

Honestly not trying to stir the pot here. But a question. Let's say I agree with Rare that a RS is likely. Am I better buying in ahead of said RS or buying in after it has occurred? Or does it matter, really?

Mathematically it doesn't make any difference, but some investors think it's the kiss of death.

Personally. I'm waiting for the reverse split and the next round of dilution before adding to my position (not necessarily in that order).
