And since Watson and Curt Kramer (through Asher Enterprises and Mazuma before that) can be linked to dozens (if not hundreds) of penny stocks I think this is very important litigation.
It looks like Kramer and Watson pull the strings for a lot of people.
These penny stocks have been getting used for dilution/insider enrichment scams using illegally issued super discounted free trading stock and stock manipulation schemes to steal millions of dollars from inexperienced/gullible investors for far too long. I hope some day the SEC wakes up and starts dropping the hammer.
