Wesson has a PHd in AI. The icing on the cake and a very pleasant surprise was the addition of Chris Mitchell who was the CFO for the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. We have been following nonprofits for many years and the Dell Foundation has one of the absolutly best financial disclosures that we have ever seen. A few years back when I was researching it I ran across their 990 and was stunned. It was one of the most if not THE most detailed nonprofit 990 I have ever read. The CFO was Chris Mitchell. Anyone that looks at the Dell Foundation filings will find details in their financials that you never hardly see anywhere else:
Note that Mitchell was making $250K+ with benefits. He was handling nearly one billion dollars in assets. It is all there in a couple of the 990 filings at the above link. Most 503's don't post their 990's. The fact that Chris Mitchell is involved should be something anyone looking at EDWY needs to consider. Dell Foundation does not hire stupid or unethical people. IMO Chris Mitchell would not be involved in anything questionable and when it is said that they are working on the audit and it is taking time I'm not worried about it. Based on his history Mitchell will produce something detailed and accurate. It will be done right and finished and released when it is done right.
