We need to remember that not the etire A123 company is under ch7 reorg. As long as the winning bid is high enough to cover the debt, any overage would be split amoung shareholders. It appears A123 would like to continue on..

But, with that said, Wanx did submit a bid to purchase entire company on Sunday. No details on that. JCI also agreed to purchase the powder portion of business for 9 mil. on top of the 125 mil for the auto assets.

I believe that if this is auctioned off in parts, it can easily bring 500 mil+. Remember Wanx had an offer for 465-485mil for 80% of company 2 months ago. They believe the company is very valuable. Others must believe also.
