Why would anyone call IR in the U.S. for a deal that is being made at the top level of the company in Mexico? SCCO's head of IR (their CFO)is US based and really not that high up in the food chain, so when the deal is done at the very top levels, folks in the U.S. will be advised accordingly. Then proper releases will follow from all sides. Sheeeesh.
