a joint venture with a $500 million acquisition fund is fluff? how were acquisitions supposed to happen without it? everyone agrees that ACYD didn't have the capital or assets to do any on its own. this partnership was absolutely necessary to do BEFORE any other deals. if you're so myopic to not understand that, I suggest getting out of the market, lol...
