No You are wrong, when I said shorts I meant as well MMs. when you see small blocks of shares of 100s-5000s on a sub-penny stock you know what they are trying to do. I use the same technique at times. for example. I put a buy order at 0.009 and the current stock price is at 0.012. so first I buy 1000 or 5000 shares at the market price and I start dumping them at very low prices like 0.008. that triggers sell orders for people who have a trailing sell order of 10%-25% and that way I load up cheap shares. i am not market maker but that's how they do it and I try it sometimes. at times the stock respond and I fill my position and at times it doesn't but I barely lose few bucks but when I load I make BIG profits. So learn how trade then come and give me a lecture.
