You are completely wrong. Shorts don't dump shares; that makes no sense. They buy back shares, thus increasing the price. If anything, selling small blocks at cheap prices to bring down the price is going on... And you want people to take your advice and "trust" you when you can't even understand simple concepts. PRTN is going to tank tomorrow and probably for the rest of the week. The stock rose 200% on WHAT!? Nothing but pure speculation!
