#1692 RE: inversor86 #1689

Couple thoughts...

First, I asked about this. What about Indigo? The company said it was working with NR, then Reg Perk in the release. So Reg Perk is being worked on now... look close, it's in there. I asked Tom if Indigo would be 'next'. The response I got was 'sounds logical'. So read into that as you may. I think they are solving the other two first and know Indigo is a different animal. Makes sense to clean up the ones you know more about first (and the one that will be used to make an SLM prototype) and then Indigo second. Cleaning up NR will allows us to begin to put it into devices and test ASAP. What would we be worth with the release that says, "We have put NR in an SLM prototype and it'll knock your socks off" ... The uses are so many for a working SLM that this would be absolutely HUGE imo. It will allow them to go forward wih Celestech and others immediately also...

Second, election is over. Like it or don't like it, uncertainty is now out of the equation. I think the thoughts of closing a potential acquisition before year end is pretty real in the sense that it makes a lot of sense. Do it now, before anything potentially changes. The way I see it, I would think that means we hear about it before Thanksgiving and close before Christmas. I of course have no idea and am a thousand miles away from the company, but that makes sense to me. That said, we have all seen the 'goal posts moved' so many times, I am going to have to see it to believe it. Yet Tom has talked so much about this, so openly in the ASM and the last update, I just have to think we are close. I for one CAN'T WAIT to see this. You all may or may not remember this. I jumped back in May when I saw Bucci come on board and said we would acquire someone and was roundly laughed at for that. Then Tom comes out at the ASM and the last update and makes it a priority. This I really believe is much more important than we can see right now (especially the right type of company). It makes sense to me to acquire a comany with expertise and synergies, but one not necessarily widely known. One that can leverage our tech to create new markets and capitalize exisiting ones. Small, nimble, and intelligent. I just remember watching the way KEYW snapped up these kinds of folks with acquisition after acquisition. I think we are heading there... with some capitalization in between... I hope any PR on this uses at a minimum the following talking points... the rev of the company being acquired, the profitability and free cash flow, and especially the synergies, why the acqusition makes sense to LWLG. Of course I am making a huge assumption, that the business opportunity will be an acquisition of a private company ... I'd really be shocked if it's anything different than that. This would give LWLG a longer runway. I sure hope we hear about this before the 10 Q.

Lastly. 10 Q. Out in 8 dys or less. I will be reading this one very carefully... Does it make sense to announce an acqusition before or after a Q? Any thoughts on that????

OK, best to all, continuing to think about all of you up North who are recovering. Peace and health to you all,

Thanks for the clarification invers I didn’t realize that info came from Z, I thought that you were just interpreting the release, good to know, honestly I haven’t been bird dogging this like I used to because I’m not that worried, it looks like Tom is a Say What I’ll do and Do what I say kind of guy. Either we have it or we don’t. I would like to see a few Dog n Pony shows to an investor group or two though because a higher share price couldn’t hurt going forward. Perhaps now is not the time?

Here is a link to the Tangible Future Web site referring to Merger and Acquisition Value Creation, back in the Day Hal (Prior CEO) had some interaction with them. It is an interesting Read and I HIGHLY recommend it, go through the entire web site.
