National Bus Sales & Leasing to Offer Kiddie Voice and Kiddie Alert As Premier
Systems on their Vehicles

MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (OTC
Markets: ATWT), a US-based child safety company, today announced that ATWEC
and National Bus Sales & Leasing (NBSL) have entered in a Letter Of Intent
agreement to partner together to deliver ATWEC Kiddie Systems life saving
technology into the bus markets.


Alex T. Wiley, President /CEO of ATWEC Technologies, stated, "Today marks a
major milestone for ATWEC as it now has found a partner in the bus industry.
National Bus Sales & Leasing is one of the largest Bus groups in the United
States. Our new partners are excited to have a US made product for their 14
different bus lines. NBSL agree our technology fits their philosophy for the
ultimate product with American made ingenuity.

The agreements between ATWEC and NBSL are to give the group master
distributions rights for the Kiddie Systems Products throughout the bus
industry. ATWEC will maintain its product brand. Pricing for the product is
based upon 5000 piece levels for both products. The agreement will be
revisited each year for evaluation. Overall ATWEC can begin to forecast annual
revenues that will meet or exceed 1 million dollars when these units' levels
are achieved.


National Bus Sales & Leasing Is headquartered in Marietta Ga. Founded in 1974
NBSL has grown to become the country's largest supplier and manufacturer
within the bus industry. NBSL operates in most states in the Southeast and
Southwest including Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,
Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mid Atlantic States, Kansas, Colorado,
Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina,
