The jury has to "find all elements of a claim were infringed to find for Vringo". Each patent has a number of claims. The question is, since there are a number of claims for each patent, how many will be unanimous and how does that afffect any damage award. If you could get a majority of claims to be unanimous for each of the two patents, that would be significant.
