Lets remember that Apex voluntarily delisted claiming they would update their SEC filings in a timely manner. IMO they have had plenty of time to update their filings and shareholders on what is going on with our frozen money. It's time for us to collectively take action against those in charge including their IR person Roger Reynolds. They should all have their assets frozen just like ours are.
Same old apxr, but they will be back. Nothing has changed here and they actually have some valuable land. Just no, money to do anything right now. Keep telling myself some day. Hang in there I, have for many many years.
