This is not about the investors who posted their opinions or news on accessing the Beaufort Sea reserves, it's about Apex and their multiple website posts on updating the SEC filings. Over and over a contact name and phone number were also posted for the shareholders to call in with their enquiries and questions .... should we chat about this and what was said?
Apex is totally to blame for the situation at hand, IMO.
