Hey $A-Train! FBFC sounds pretty good. So Talmer, a private company is going public via First Place, and starts out with significant assets, and no debt. Not bad!
They didn't mention a closing date. Any idea when the transaction closes, and the new company begins trading under FBFC?
Did you see the Talmer portfolio of featured properties? Condos, Light industrial, boat slips...I hate to see foreclosures, but sadly, that's the way of the world right now. Nice portfolio if they can generate any sales in the current environment.
