Haha, I am shocked by it because that is the first time that I saw about that "dividend" as part of my DD and, frankly, such a thing should NEVER happen. Are you sure you truly understand what took place there?

For the the record, I am not looking for a "lower" entry point. I am not a buyer at any price after seeing the annual report. Remember, that's what I was waiting to see in order to determine whether or not to buy. Hell, I was gonna be done on the board after my last post, but then you had to go and take a poke at me.

I appreciate your suggestion about finding a new line of business, but I assure you that it isn't necessary. :-) It's not just about "doing" DD, it's about understanding the DD as well. Finding, understanding, and explaining the DD that you do is what enables a person to be a successful investor. I do my DD chief, and plenty of it. I suggest you do the same.
